SEON's customer support is extremely responsive. The data SEON brings to risk scoring is comprehensive and comprehensive. When we first started using SEON, we experienced a higher rate of false positives than we would have liked. In the initial implementation, it would have been nice to learn more best practices to avoid false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best from seon is the flexibility I have as a client to create new rules and define parameters. Also, the team is very open to receiving new suggestions for new features we would like to add in any needed case. One thing it could improve is the creation of new Machine Learning Rules but only applied for Chargeback Label, as if we measure the efficiency by looking only to the Status DECLINE we would be missing or biasing our rule.

SEON still falls short of the type of information that can sometimes be gathered for free through services like Holele/Osint. It would also be great if there was a way to determine that a match on email username and Twitter username, for example, is not definitive evidence of that email being used for that Twitter account, or that the Twitter account does not exist, or that it is not related at all to the original email holder. SEON provides a well rounded overview of a person during a fraud review. The dashboard is customizable and you can add, remove, snd rearrange information to make it personalized to your needs. When reviewing persons that have been involved in a transaction (say a buyer and seller), SEON will show an IP link even though the two parties never logged in from the same IP. Also, while the browser extension is a great tool, the functionality to hover over a piece of information (i.e. email address) makes it difficult to click on links under or near the SEON pop-up. The best thing is that you can make a rapid review both on phone and computer, it's pretty convenient to work with it. There is much data, so by scrolling you can easily find some fraud triggers and react to it. SEON is a perfect tool to use as everything can be found in one place. I wouldn't imagine a working day without this tool, it saves me a lot of time and effort within my workflow. It's also very easy to use. The fact that you can integrate it to your web browser is one of the most useful things. You also have a pop up that comes up so the search tool is always available to use. After using this usefull tool, I couldn't imagine to go back to work without it and I could happily recommend it to anyone who are looking for a smoother and informative workflow. It's very important for me to get the correct and fast information as my work is very hectic and must always be accurate.
