Not a single downside to using the SEON fraud tool from my experience, which we could collect past data on new customers but hey! who is perfect? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SEON has not only helped us to identify fraudsters but has also helped us to differentiate between 'friendly fraud' and real fraud. SEON is an advantage when it comes to catching bonus abusers and fraud rings as we are able to create rules and filters based on known patterns or following the modus operandi or previous customers. What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

The customizable & easy layout :) In the previous company I was using ThreatMetrix, and I have been loving SEON even more. As I mentioned, the layout is so easy to use and also aesthetically pleasing! All information needed is shown, and split into several white sections and boxes, making is super easy to navigate and organize information in my mind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

Sometimes it takes a while to load customers on SEON. We have to wait a little while, and since as payment analysts we need to process payments really quickly, it disrupts our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are stopped fraud gangs, gambling addicts, credit card fraudsters, bonus abusers and adhering to our casino legislations which are different from country to country. The platform is really easy to use and when reviewing accounts where the risk level sits. I like the detail provided from the enhanced data and really helps close off reviews / complaints. The main dashboard needs a bit of work, its provides an OK overview but really needs to be bespoke to each business. Being able to quickly see spikes in the customer touch points that are important to me would really help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent support and communication. Unlike other competitors, it is very easy to set-up rules and alerts. Also the interface is very intuitive for our analysts. We have not used the Machine Learning yet, but it sounds promising. Device Fingerprint works great. Easily customisable with API + custom fields. I highly recommend it. Detailed IP geolocation checks, screening of personal data for fraudulent indicators, check for social media profiles (very helpful in CDD process), rules management system is quite easy to use without specific knowledge (this means friendly environment). Great tool for manual search on lot of parameters like card BIN, card details etc, not so many providers have such solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unclear Rule for "Domain is free provider", in time where most people are using gmail accounts it is too many false positives and too many alerts on such rule which makes employee work more time wasting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
