Sendpulse is hands down the best software i have ever came across and are currently using in my 4 years of using softwartes similiar to send pulse it is truly the best one I have ever used overall

This product is incredibly user-friendly and works flawlessly. I can always rely on it! If any technical issues arise, they are resolved promptly. The support team is quick to respond and provides comprehensive assistance. The product offers many features, and the prices are quite reasonable. Plus, they accept cryptocurrency payments! What do you like best about SendPulse?
The support has been superb from the team since I started to help me get my content up and running, friendly and extremely helpful. I will use this powerful tool every day now. It is easy to use and will be low maintenance for me now its set up to how I need it. It was all new to me, I hadn't used a platform like it before so its taken a good few days to get to grips with it. I usually love to pick things up and run with it but although this took some time to learn how to do things, its definately been worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
It is easy to set up. I can create a minisite and send emails with no knowledge of design. It helps me communicate with my community. The User Interface is beautiful and easy to use. The customer support is also very localised. I can reach them on WhatsApp! I found it easy to integrate into our community webpage.
On a free level, I could send 15,000 emails. However, I had to pay for the features because we use them frequently —we send out emails weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
Basics are very easy to understand and execute. The drag and drop feature helps create automations really quickly and easily. Editing options are plentiful, and emails can include variables which you set, allowing you to create extremely personalized content for users.
The customer support can be quite good too. There are occassions when I have been given incredible support via email that has helped me save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?
Statistics/analytics could be a bit more robust. In an automation, when several email addresses are added over a long period of time, there doesn't seem to be a way to pick a time frame, say May 15 - May 20, and look only at the path of all users who joined the automation during this period, and where they have reached in the automation. I was hoping that I could have a company to work with seriously. Unfortunately I was wrong. After I paid for my email delivery package they threw all my emails in the bin. And they blocked my lists. They have an email verification system that blocks everything. Even our customers' emails.
