What do you like best about SendPulse?

The tools are all easy to use, and the customer service is really great if ever our teams get stuck. Emails delivery rates are really good, it's rare customers unsubsribe and the emails alway look professional from our own domain addresses. The Sendpulse form was easy to implament, it integrates really well with our Webflow website. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

There's nothing we really dislike about Sendpulse, as a team, in general, the design of design can be hard but this is more about the limitation of HTML email rather than SendPulse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Sendpulse for Anchoa, sending email updates to our subscribers once or twice a month, it helps us speak directly to our audience, to our subscribers, at it means we can tell them about new articles and features. What do you like best about SendPulse?

Combining Sendpulse chatbot and CRM has changed my business.

I have used many CRM systems & chatbot, but no platform has been able to integrate CRM & chatbot seamlessly as Sendpulse.

This is the best chatbot & CRM combination i have used, being able to send emails and whatsapp messages automatically to our customers is definetly a game changer for us.

I don't usually write reviews, but i had to, so others can experience what i'm experiencing too.

Automating customer conversations without having to do things manually as we used to do before has changed our business for good.

And their price is way lower than others that i have used.

I wish i knew this tool existed long ago. But regardless i'm very happy that i'm using it now. I can't see myself using any other platform except Sendpulse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
