What do you like best about SendPulse?
SendPulse is a great tool to quickly build and test automations. And its interface is very intuitive. They also have a make.com and zapier modules so its easy to create powerful automations in minutes. So recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
For the last 3 years, I have been using SendPulse Messenger Platform for the development of AI Chatbots for the clients of my consulting company.
So far, their products have been outstanding in terms of feature set and they keep innovating with the changing AI landscape by adding LLM integration to their Chatbots and other cool functionalities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
Using sendpulse as an interface for WhatsApp API. I integrate with my CRM via make.com and it works well.
Works well and technical support is responsive quite quickly.
I appreciated also that the company made an effort to contact me for a live "welcome" video call.
I can see that i am only using a small fraction of what SendPulse has to offer and i expect to expand my use of the platform in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?
The chatbot UI on the webpage is not very friendly and would benefit from redesign, in my opinion.
A better "live-chat" window for non-technical users (i.e. my secretaries) would be very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
