SendPulse CRM automation has been a game-changer for our business. We have built two websites with their standard plan in 1-2 hours each. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to manage customer relationships, automate email and SMS marketing campaigns, and streamline workflows. The drag-and-drop automation builder is incredibly user-friendly, and the segmentation features allow us to target specific customer groups with personalized messages. Pricing and services are great, but having one holistic view of a bundled package I want to assemble is difficult. Packaging and aggregating different subscription services together, similar to how Amazon's shopping cart organizes items, would make it easier for customers to see all available features and pricing options. A clear selection menu that lets users choose and compare services in one place. This approach could drive better clarity and potentially boost sales across multiple product offerings because, compared to HubSpot, these guys have great value for money, period. I first was introduced to SendPulse as an integrated partner from Ovatu. I have searched the internet (well I had ChatGPT do so) to find a CRM that fit my business model. No Luck. Seriously. Nothing fit. I just need a simple, straight forward client database solution.

As I dug deeper into what SendPulse could do for my business, I realized how Robust this software is!!!

I am able to get rid of MailChimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Klaviyo and one or two others I was evaluating.

The integration with Ovatu is working just fine.

I am going to send out SMS marketing pieces today to generate much needed revenue.

Sendpulse Dashboard is my daily driver.

I had no issues setting up my account and keep finding ways that it make ME Better.

I love that I have all the features I need for my business in one place. I use all of them to make sure my business runs smoothly. The pricing plans are awesome and you pay only for what you use.

AI feature in chatbots is totally amazing! I work with other chatbot platforms too and I've never seen easier set up and Open AI integration!

Tthe chatbot is stable and reliable. The flow can be easily constructed suing non-coding tools. It is awesome.

We maintain weekly newsletters with our HTML template: convenient functions, high deliverability of letters, and nice prices. We plan to expand to SMS, except WhatsApp and Telegram mailings. Quite a complicated menu, I would work on UI/UX

It's an all in one service perfect for those just starting out in CRM, Marketing and Sales systems building. Take it from someone who has gone through Follow-Up Boss, Hubspot, Zoho, Bigin, you name it. I am here to stay.

I used SendPulse to create a Telegram bot, and the whole process was incredibly simple. No coding needed! It streamlines bot creation, so you don’t have to mess with frameworks like Telethon or Pyrogram. It’s perfect for non-developers or anyone who just wants to get a bot up and running fast. One downside: the "Standard Reply" templates clutter up the dashboard, and I can’t find an easy way to delete them. You can disable them, but it’s still annoying. When it comes to boosting our marketing efforts, SendPulse is second to none. We have been able to connect all of our contacts to the database in a simple way; we are very easy to use options: add or delete contacts. It has incredible control features, including the ability to monitor the actions of email recipients. Our staff has saved a lot of time using its automated tools and easy-to-use email editor to create and send campaigns. We can now reach our customers more efficiently thanks to its ability to mix different forms of communication such as email, SMS, push alerts and more.
