What do you like best about SendPulse?
We've only been using SendPulse for a few weeks now, but already we can see the advantages of the tool as a mailing tool as well as a CRM, for managing our client contacts. We're migrating from MailChimp, which has served us well, but SendPulse is more user-friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?

What do you like best about SendPulse?
First, I like that you can easily pay in your local currency and the exchange rates are quite reasonable. I also like how you can integrate sendpulse with almost any tool including Instagram chatbots, Wordpress, and even create a robust CRM system. It's an all-in-one tool beyond just an email marketing platform. I absolutely love using sendpulse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?
The tags are not functional as in other platforms. Like I have my sendpulse connected to Selar for example with tags but I cannot trigger automated emails to customers who buys specific products because they're all added to a list and the tags are not functional. If possible, if we can select a specific list for specific products on selar so that you can trigger automation when a customer buys certain products instead of just only being able to add all store customers to one list? This will help to be able to upsell via emails and follow up customers to use their products. Thanks

What do you like best about SendPulse?
Excellent platform, it is comprehensive, which makes you take the courses it offers and teaches to know how to create an excellent bot so that clients have a better experience and through it convert the leads that come in. There is still a lot to explore on the platform, but so far I can already do a lot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The courses, study materials, and videos use very technical terms, so for those who are just getting familiar with the tool, it becomes a bit difficult to understand and create a complete bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?
SendPulse has many great tools for marketers like me. You get email marketing, SMS, web push alerts, and chatbots. It's like having your own marketing team. The user interface is simple, and message delivery rates are excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?
There is no data that how subscribe are reacting on our marketing messages. If that was possible then advanced subscriber sorting options would help us for marketing in future. What do you like best about SendPulse?
I really like the scale of the entire functionality. And newsletters on various social networks, instant messengers and your own contact database. What do you like best about SendPulse?
One of the best part of using SendPulse for me is the ability to integrate with somany other third party softwares and tools. Secondly, the UI is quite easy to navigate for even non technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
