I have been using Sender.net, a bulk mailing operator, for about three weeks.

Before them I tried many others: Brevo, KIT, MailChimp, etc.

I am completely satisfied: a simple, understandable interface, reduced to the essentials (everything you need is there, in any case) and a great Team.

Have I had any problems? Yes, two or three times, marginal things, but annoying.

But this is important: seeing how a company acts when you have any problem, big or small.

Well, the Sender team has always been very quick in responding, involved and empathetic, skilled and constructive in suggesting effective solutions: well done Malissa, Skylar, Michael and all the others!

This alone is enough for me to be very satisfied.

Skylar is so helpful, Ive chatted with her a few times as we try and decide which plan would work best for us and asking questions around the sms function. I also had some issues with the video integration which I spoke her Skylar about and she referred to the tech team, it was fixed and she emailed to let me know. Brilliant service. The company's communication style is very negative. They let you send emails to more users than allowed and lock your account, which I feel is predatory. When I asked for my money back or to release the lock, they completely blocked my account (which did not matter since I was locked anyway, but it only showed how vengeful they were).
