Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Selldone—it’s more about me taking the time to learn the platform. As someone new to this, there’s a bit of a learning curve, but that’s to be expected with any robust and feature-rich platform. It's hard to say what I like "best," because there are a LOT of things to like! I love the customer service, for starters. When I was just a free user, if I had a question and clicked the "chat" button, I actually got an answer from a real human, not just a bot. That was the first sign this is a great company.

Once I started using the Enterprise Solution I realize just how comprehensive the platform is, without plugins! I've used Wordpress and Wix before. Wix has been easy, but very limited and not functional for growing into a large business. Wordpress is clunky and requires a lot of plugins for true functionality. Selldone is laid out very uniquely and you can tell the developers but a lot of effort into making it intuitive.

I am a self-taught web builder and not very experienced... so having interactive training videos would be welcome. In other words, Start with clicking this (and then it waits for you to click that). So far there isn't anything to actually "dislike" about selldone. It's in it's infancy and is still more fully-featured than the most expensive/establishing shopping carts.

Compared to Shopify or woo-commerce, Selldone is a very young platform, but the improvements they have made are easy to notice.

Every feature they added on is native which means all working smoothly and they don't need to manage or worry about the plugin or external apps.

The only thing that in my mind Selldone can not accomplish is selling event tickets.

Well there are a lot of things that I like about SellDone:

- Powerful system: SellDone has almost everything that one may need to run online business.

- No-Code: One don't need to write code to start their online business

- Payment Integration: SellDone team is so interactive and supportive that they've integrated a lot of local online payment systems.

- Localization: I've setup the store for my country in my country's currency and localization, what else do I need?

- Management: SellDone has built simpler and easier order management system that has everything from inventory, order, and delivery etc.

- Compliance: SellDone has the option to maintain the compliance like GDPR etc.

- Integration:Email/SMS. Well the list goes on and on.

- Amazing customer support.
