"Effortless Documentation and Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe for documenting my workflows with my teammates. I really appreciate how it helps me show visually the process without taking too long, making it very time-efficient. It's super easy to use, and the user interface is very intuitive, which cuts down on the learning curve. I like being able to quickly edit the steps and delete any from mis-clicks. The desktop integration works seamlessly, allowing me to create a scribe very quickly and easily. I also find the screen capture function adds quick and concise documentation without impeding workflows. The initial setup was super easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I wish I would have found out about Scribe sooner!"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribe?

I love how it captures the entire screen and uses AI to generate descriptions from those clicks. For example, if I select a button labeled "View" in Scribe, it will describe the step as "Hit the button \"View\"." It saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

There’s a new update that keeps removing some of my slides. Then I have to use the “undo” feature to bring them back, which feels like a waste of my time. I wanted those clicks on the slides to stay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Onboarding and SOPs with Easy Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribe?

I use Scribe and it saved me so much time, especially with onboarding and creating SOPs. I started with the trial version, which was great, but I upgraded to Pro for its customization to create SOPs with non-web-based software. It gives me some time back each day and saves me from having to repeat myself. What I like most about Scribe is its ease of use. I also appreciate that it offers multiple ways to share. The Pro features really enhance my experience, especially the ability to screen my entire screen to show my team the SOP as I would do it, which is a game changer. The initial setup was super easy. "Effortlessly Simplifies Documentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribe?

I really enjoy using Scribe because it solves the documentation problem. It eliminates the need to take screenshots, paste them, and type out every step of the process, making it efficient for tackling documentation. I find that both the browser extension and the desktop app are very simple and easy to work with, which allows me to achieve tasks quickly. The setup is very simple too; I was able to add my teammates and guide them through how to use it effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Workflow Documentation and Step-by-Step Video Tutorials"
5/5
What do you like best about Scribe?

I love the simplicity of being able to make workflow documentation and then edit how much or how little of each screen the viewer can see. I also enjoy the ability to create video tutorials that walk you through each step of a process. Our team finds it extremely easy to use the system with little to no guidance. I personally use Scribe at least 1-2 times per day for creating workflow guides for my team. We easily integrated into our environment with zero training required! Implementing Scribe required zero downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

I cannot export video files. This would be extremely helpful in my environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
