What do you like best about Scoro?

The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked via Zapier. Scoro is currently widely regarded as one of the greatest task management and project management tools, and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring open and finished projects, as well as scheduling to-do lists. What do you dislike about Scoro?

There are other features that we had to seek from Scoro that we believe would have been obvious from the start. The task creations/Gantt chart view, for example, is quite difficult. Dependencies are ineffective. There appear to be some bugs to be worked out there. Customer service can be sluggish to reply to ongoing concerns or inquiries, but the remainder of the product works great and there are no serious faults with the software itself. What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are resolving issues that arose as a result of the extension. Scoro is a fantastic tool for growth; now that we can interface with Jira, which was previously a challenge for the team, we can build projects more quickly. Scoro Dashboard and reporting tool assist us in tracking sales team KPIs and keeping track of open project downtime. We've been using Scoro for over a year now, and it's had a significant impact on our operations. It's helped us streamline our processes, stay organized, and make data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I love the simplicity of Scoro. It has a very neat and uncluttered design and it interconnects with other apps such as Slack and Google Calendar which is incredibly useful as all the accounts are synchronized. It has numerous features including project management and billing that make it easy for us to work with. The running of it has been fine, and the customer support has been great each time we wanted some assistance. What do you dislike about Scoro?

What I don’t like about Scoro is that it is sometimes slow, particularly when opening a project with a lot of details. This has on one or the other occasion affected the efficiency of the team as we have to wait for a longer time to get the required data. Furthermore, it is necessary to add that reporting features could be more customizable. Scoro has helped us boosted the way how we manage our projects as it let us monitor tasks, deadlines and budgets all in one place. It interacts well with other tools we are accustomed to working with, for instance Slack fosters better communication. With Scoro, I no longer need to deal with several spreadsheets and emails that only caused confusion; now I am more productive and can concentrate on business transactions. What do you like best about Scoro?

The thing I really like about Scoro is the fact that it’s easy to use. It is a very good thing to have user-friendly navigational menu that helps you to quickly switch between different functionalities, especially when you have complex workflows. The updates also are a great feature, they have corrected many problems that we used to have, so it's more enjoyable. I also discover that the reporting tools are well-integrated into the system, thus, making it possible to compile complex data into easy-to-understand forms. Nevertheless, Scoro has several disadvantages, particularly regarding the remote control and the Gantt chart features. What do you like best about Scoro?

Bein' in the mobile app biz means keepin' a lotta balls in the air - clients, projects, billing etc. I started usin Scoro to wrangle it all and gotta say it's made stuff smoother overall. The client trackin' tools are real handy for rememberin' conversations and keepin folks happy. Invoincin' is a breeze now, which is a load off my back. I also dig how I can tweak things to match my workflow; makes the platform work for me rather than the other way 'round. What do you dislike about Scoro?
