The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked via Zapier. Scoro is currently widely regarded as one of the greatest task management and project management tools, and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring open and finished projects, as well as scheduling to-do lists. It also allows me to prioritize chores and forthcoming initiatives, something my team was very thrilled about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are other features that we had to seek from Scoro that we believe would have been obvious from the start. The task creations/Gantt chart view, for example, is quite difficult. Dependencies are ineffective. There appear to be some bugs to be worked out there. Customer service can be sluggish to reply to ongoing concerns or inquiries, but the remainder of the product works great and there are no serious faults with the software itself. Nonetheless, Scoro's inability to smoothly integrate the income flow from quotation to final invoicing can be rather exasperating. A distinct tool may be required to obtain an estimate of the period's totals, potentially interrupting client engagements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scoro can be a bit of a challenge to set up initially as there are so many customizations. However, our onboarding specialist helped us navigate this step really well. It is worth going through to have Scoro work as you need it to for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the simplicity of Scoro. It has a very neat and uncluttered design and it interconnects with other apps such as Slack and Google Calendar which is incredibly useful as all the accounts are synchronized. It has numerous features including project management and billing that make it easy for us to work with. The running of it has been fine, and the customer support has been great each time we wanted some assistance. What I don’t like about Scoro is that it is sometimes slow, particularly when opening a project with a lot of details. This has on one or the other occasion affected the efficiency of the team as we have to wait for a longer time to get the required data. Furthermore, it is necessary to add that reporting features could be more customizable. Though the customer support is helpful, such problems are irritating and can sometimes interfere with our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I really like about Scoro is the fact that it’s easy to use. It is a very good thing to have user-friendly navigational menu that helps you to quickly switch between different functionalities, especially when you have complex workflows. The updates also are a great feature, they have corrected many problems that we used to have, so it's more enjoyable. I also discover that the reporting tools are well-integrated into the system, thus, making it possible to compile complex data into easy-to-understand forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nevertheless, Scoro has several disadvantages, particularly regarding the remote control and the Gantt chart features. I am still struggling with Gantt chart layout and assembling the reports sometimes becomes a time-consuming task especially when dealing with multiple currencies and varying expenditures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity, design and the whole logic behind the system is just excellent. It really connects every tool agency needs into one complex solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If we could get more customizable reports, then it would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bein' in the mobile app biz means keepin' a lotta balls in the air - clients, projects, billing etc. I started usin Scoro to wrangle it all and gotta say it's made stuff smoother overall. The client trackin' tools are real handy for rememberin' conversations and keepin folks happy. Invoincin' is a breeze now, which is a load off my back. I also dig how I can tweak things to match my workflow; makes the platform work for me rather than the other way 'round. And it plays nice with my other tools, though takin' some time to integrate em and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
onboarding was kinda clunky and long. Felt like I needed a degree to understand it all at first. Also lacks some slick project management functionality like Kanban I'd love to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
