"Scoro for the win!"
What do you like best about Scoro?

We’ve used Scoro for over three years and remain very satisfied with its performance. It has improved efficiency across our team compared to our previous system. The ability to set detailed client information—such as categories, pricing in USD or CAD, and client-specific checklists—ensures accuracy and consistency from the quoting stage onward. Quotes can be created, approved, and automatically converted into projects with related tasks, saving significant time. Custom views for quotes, projects, and tasks make tracking progress straightforward and help us meet deadlines. We also value the ability to change project and quote statuses, allowing for an easy handoff to our payments team. Invoices can be generated and sent directly through Scoro, with automatic follow-ups for outstanding payments. The system also alerts us to overdue invoices when creating new quotes. We’re always impressed with the monthly updates and how Scoro continues to improve with thoughtful new features that reflect real user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro was a bit of a challenge to set up initially as there are so many customizations. However, our onboarding specialist helped us navigate this step really well. It is worth going through to have Scoro work as you need it to for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Cheryl, thank you so much for leaving such a happy and detailed review for Scoro!

It is wonderful to hear how Scoro has helped you streamline your entire workflow from quoting to project delivery and invoicing within a single system, especially as it has saved your team time and reduced errors by eliminating the need for separate tools. By utilizing our quote to cash features, you have successfully bridged the gap between sales and execution, ensuring that all deliverables stay on track through defined tasks and automated payment follow-ups. You mentioned that you particularly enjoy how quotes can be converted into projects with client-specific checklists and pricing in multiple currencies, which directly contributes to the consistency and end-to-end visibility that keeps your business organized. We are thrilled to hear that our monthly updates and thoughtful new features continue to impress you, and we are glad that our onboarding specialist was able to help you navigate the initial setup so you could tailor the many customizations to fit your specific business needs.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for the past three years and look forward to continuing to support your team's success.

"Great for project visibility and commercial control"
What do you like best about Scoro?

What I like best about Scoro is how effectively it brings together project management, time tracking, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing in one platform. That has been especially valuable from a finance and operations perspective, because it gives much better visibility across the full lifecycle of a job rather than forcing us to piece things together from separate systems and spreadsheets. The reporting is one of the strongest parts for me. Being able to filter detailed work and timesheet data, review activity by team or user group, and export information for further analysis makes it much easier to understand utilisation, project delivery, and where time is actually being spent. That level of visibility has helped improve internal decision-making and made conversations around project profitability and resourcing far more informed.

Another big benefit is the way Scoro helps connect delivery teams and finance teams more closely. Tasks, time entries, budgets, and billable activity all sit in a more joined-up workflow, which helps reduce manual admin and creates a clearer line from day-to-day work through to billing and commercial control. From a UI and UX point of view, there is a lot in the system, but once it is configured properly it becomes a very useful operational hub. We have also found value in the way it supports structured processes and integrations, rather than just acting as a standalone task tool. An unexpected benefit has been how much easier it is to spot overservicing, budget drift, or inconsistent time capture earlier, simply because the information is more visible and better organised. Overall, it has helped us work in a more controlled, data-led way and has improved both operational oversight and financial discipline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

One of the main downsides of Scoro is that, because it is such a broad platform, the user experience can sometimes feel more complex than it needs to be. There is a lot of functionality packed into the system, which is powerful, but it can also make navigation, setup, and day-to-day administration feel heavier for new or occasional users. Some actions are not always as intuitive as you would expect, and certain processes can feel more manual than they should be, especially when you are trying to manage data in bulk or make simple administrative changes. That can create a steeper onboarding curve and means businesses need to invest proper time in setup, training, and internal ownership to get the best out of it.

I also think there is room to improve flexibility, ease of administration, and overall efficiency. While the reporting is valuable, getting exactly the output you want can sometimes take more effort than expected, and some workflows would benefit from simpler bulk actions and a more streamlined interface. Integrations are useful, but as with many systems, the real value depends a lot on how well everything is configured and maintained. From a pricing and ROI perspective, Scoro makes more sense when a business is using a wide range of its capabilities, but it can feel like a significant investment if teams only adopt part of the platform. I would also say there is an opportunity for stronger built-in intelligence and automation to help users surface issues, spot anomalies, and reduce manual effort further. Overall, it is a capable system, but one that could be more intuitive, lighter to administer, and quicker to unlock value from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you for sharing such a great and detailed review of your experience with Scoro. You mentioned that before Scoro, your project delivery and commercial reporting lived in different places, making it difficult to get a timely view of performance. By bringing these areas into one system, Scoro allows you to track work and financials in a joined-up way, which provides the end-to-end visibility needed to spot overservicing and budget drift before they become larger issues.

It is wonderful to hear that you value how Scoro effectively brings together project management, time tracking, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing, especially since the reporting helps you filter detailed timesheet data to better understand utilization and project delivery. This level of insight directly supports your goal of having more informed conversations around profitability and resourcing by connecting your delivery and finance teams in a shared workflow.

To help reduce the feeling of a heavy administrative load, I recommend exploring our articles on managing data in bulk and using the Import/Export tools found in the Help Center under the Admins and Champion Users section. We also release updates every four weeks, many of which focus on refining the UI and adding AI-powered actions to help surface anomalies more intuitively, so I encourage you to check our latest version updates for new ways to simplify your daily navigation.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your operational hub and for providing such thoughtful feedback to help us improve.

"Enhances Visibility, Streamlines Processes, and Provides Unmatched Support"
What do you like best about Scoro?

I love how the Scoro team set themselves apart with their unmatched customer service. Scoro is a brilliant system that has improved visibility across the business and eased the admin burden on the team. It has streamlined internal processes and tracking of projects and costs. I particularly appreciate its ease of use and how it effortlessly links costs across projects and resources. The improved reliability of data and reduced administrative burden impress me. The setup was easy, making the transition smooth for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Internal navigation, it's hard to ‘go back’ to a previous screen, need to keep multiple tabs open to speed up work across multiple projects. A similar setup to having a root directory would be ideal, where you can click up one ‘folder level’. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Heidi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an awesome 5-star review!

It is fantastic to hear that Scoro is helping you streamline your internal processes, enhance visibility, and significantly ease the administrative burden on your team. By effortlessly linking costs across projects and resources, Scoro is designed specifically to provide that improved data reliability and project cost tracking you mentioned, ensuring you can focus more on execution and less on manual data entry.

I am thrilled that you particularly appreciate the system’s ease of use and the unmatched support from our team, as we strive to make the transition and daily operations as smooth as possible for every business.

Regarding the navigation and the "folder level" structure you mentioned, while we don't have a traditional root directory, I recommend making use of the Bookmarks feature to save your most frequent filtered views, which allows you to jump back to specific project lists or financial overviews with a single click from the top menu. Additionally, you can customize your global search settings and personal menu to keep your most-used modules like Projects or Finances front and center, reducing the need for multiple tabs.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to power your business execution and for being such a champion user!

"Overall positive experience with Scoro, but a few improvements needed:)"
What do you like best about Scoro?

What I like best about Scoro is its speed, customisability, and clean UI. I’ve used a few CRMs in the past—mainly Salesforce—and Scoro has given me a better experience in all three of those areas. It’s also quite intuitive, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it day to day. Overall, I’ve recommended Scoro to friends in sales. I’ve also had a fairly positive experience with Scoro’s support team whenever I needed help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The main drawback for us is the contract creation process. The workflow requires repeating the same selection steps for all customers, even though the required details differ depending on the client type (company vs. individual). We would benefit from more flexibility—ideally, the ability to configure conditional fields based on legal status (e.g., LLC vs. private individual). In addition, PDF exports occasionally generate unclear or inconsistent file names.

Also, it would save us a lot of time if Scoro allowed exporting documents in Word format (e.g., .docx), not only as PDFs. When we need to make individual changes to a contract, we currently do it by duplicating and editing the PDF template. Because this relies on manual steps, human error sometimes happens—occasionally a change is missed or left out—which can lead to issues later. Having a Word export option would make these one-off edits easier and reduce mistakes.

I think commenting and tracking information in Scoro could be cleaner. In one company I worked for, we used a custom CRM (more call-center oriented) that handled task tracking really well. You could create a task and expand it like a thread to see all colleague comments and updates in one clear place. In comparison, Scoro’s documentation/history for tasks and comments doesn’t feel as clean or easy to follow because everything is under one category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Justas, thank you for leaving such an awesome and detailed review of your experience with Scoro.

It is great to hear how Scoro is streamlining your task management and delegation, especially by providing a central hub that ensures work continues smoothly even when colleagues are away. By utilizing our CRM and pipeline features alongside integrated reporting, you are able to move away from manual tracking in Word files and focus on driving sales while keeping your supervisor updated on margins and statistics in real time. We are thrilled that you are enjoying the speed, customizability, and clean UI of the platform, as we aim to provide an intuitive alternative to tools like Salesforce that fits naturally into your daily sales workflow. Regarding your feedback on contract workflows, you can use PDF templates with multiple sets of conditions to better manage different client types, and for those one off edits, our recent version updates have introduced more flexibility in document handling and integration options that might reduce the need for manual PDF duplication. To address your point about communication clarity, you can use the Activity Feed or the comments section within specific tasks to centralize updates, and you might find that using the Task Board view helps visualize these threads more clearly.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro and recommending us to your network.

"Excellent for Calendar Management"
What do you like best about Scoro?

What I appreciate most about Scoro is its intuitive and detailed calendar, which allows easy tracking and management of all resources, including colleagues' availability, meeting rooms, and various project-related elements. The visibility provided by Scoro significantly improves our team's organization and resource planning, making project management smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The least helpful aspect of Scoro is its task creation functionality, which feels somewhat cumbersome. It is simpler and quicker to add tasks directly into the calendar rather than using the designated task creation feature. This minor inconvenience disrupts workflow efficiency, especially when frequent task updates or additions are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Annija, thank you for sharing such a positive and thoughtful review! It is wonderful to hear that Scoro is solving your resource allocation challenges and reducing scheduling conflicts by providing a comprehensive view of your team's availability and room bookings.

We are delighted that our intuitive calendar and the oversight it provides have improved your productivity and made the overall project management experience smoother for your team.

Regarding your feedback on task creation being cumbersome, we recommend checking out Task Bundles via the link adde below to see if automating standard task sets could save you time, or exploring the Planner for a more visual approach to adding work.

I appreciate you choosing Scoro to help your business scale and stay organized.

"Scoro: The Ultimate All-in-One Solution for Seamless Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro fits my workspace perfectly, as it allows multiple users to connect seamlessly and supports nearly every type of activity I need, from client meetings and business travel to administrative tasks. I rely on it entirely instead of fragmented calendars and notebooks because its intuitive interface makes scheduling effortless, and the robust mobile app ensures constant access on my phone—a huge advantage for on-the-go sales professionals like me.

Overall, I consider it one of the best—if not the best—products of its kind, with powerful CRM features for lead tracking and customizable dashboards for real-time insights. I would definitely recommend it to any company dealing with customers, though its versatility extends far beyond, aiding project management and resource planning in dynamic environments.

In our weekly team meetings, we use Scoro to track each other's progress, review pipelines, and discuss all relevant topics, making it nearly impossible to overlook key details or deadlines. We also leverage it to register new leads, follow up systematically, and even organize company team-building events with ease.

In summary, Scoro masterfully combines calendar, notes, lead management, team collaboration, and reporting into a single, scalable app, complete with a mobile version that keeps everything synchronized. Its time-saving automation and comprehensive analytics have boosted our efficiency by a lot. 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

To be completely honest, I haven't found anything to dislike about Scoro. The only problem we've experienced was when my colleague was unable to access the app on their phone for a week. Aside from that, we have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you for the incredible review, Edgaras! We’re thrilled Scoro is powering your day from calendar and notes to CRM, dashboards and team collaboration, both on web and mobile. Love hearing that weekly meetings, pipeline reviews and lead follow-ups run in one place, and that automation and analytics are saving real time. The mobile access issue your colleague hit isn’t the experience we want – if it happens again, our support team can help troubleshoot sign-in, app version and device settings to get things working fast. We’ll keep shipping improvements to make scheduling, lead tracking and resource planning even smoother. Thanks again for the 10/10 and for recommending Scoro.

"Excellent customer service"
What do you like best about Scoro?

A few new things I’ve come to appreciate about Scoro are its continuous interface improvements, enhanced automation tools, and growing integration ecosystem. The updated UI feels cleaner and more intuitive, making it easier to navigate between projects, finances, and tasks. I’ve also found the expanded automation rules incredibly helpful—they reduce repetitive admin work by automating status updates, notifications, and data syncing. Finally, the increasing number of native integrations, especially with accounting and productivity tools, has made Scoro even more central to our workflow. These updates show that the platform is evolving in ways that genuinely improve day-to-day efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Another area where Scoro could improve is the overall complexity of initial setup and configuration. Many of the most powerful features—like automation rules, permissions, and financial settings—require a fair amount of trial and error to get right. More guided setup tools or prebuilt best-practice workflows would make onboarding much smoother. Additionally, some of the reporting customizations still feel rigid, especially when trying to combine financial and operational data in more advanced ways. Improving flexibility in these areas would help teams fully tailor Scoro to their processes without relying on workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you so much for the detailed review, Rebecca! We are very glad you are happy with Scoro and it helps you free up more time for billable hours.

"Scoro is a great help in my work, here are my clients and sales pipelines"
What do you like best about Scoro?

I have a good overview of my existing customers, what solutions are in use, what can be sold, when agreements end and need to be reviewed again. It is very good to keep new sales under control and move them forward in stages, in addition, it is very convenient for our internal exchange of information, making worksheets for different departments that need to be solved, communicating with assistants, sending them tasks. I always get a feedback email when someone has solved my worksheet, added something to it or completed it. It is very convenient to work this way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sales offers could include more information about our company, shape the content of the offer, and have more flexibility in preparing the offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Taavi, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review and for sharing your experience as a Corporate Key Account Manager. It is great to hear that Scoro effectively "keeps your clients' information and controls them," giving you a complete CRM and pipeline overview to manage your sales funnel and upcoming work efficiently. We are also thrilled that you value the clarity it brings to your existing customers and agreements, as well as the convenience of the internal worksheets and notifications that streamline communication with your assistants and departments.

Regarding your feedback on the flexibility of sales offers, you can actually customize the look and content of your quotes significantly by navigating to Settings > Site settings > PDF templates. Here, you can add specific company information, modify headers and footers, and rearrange content to better shape your offers . For more details, you can check the guide linked below on how to personalize PDF templates.

"Integration with MLS is Manual"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Before Scoro, my "system" was a colorful, scary mix of Google Calendar, a spreadsheet for due dates, and a CRM that only told half the story. Scoro didn't just replace those tools; it forced me to be a better, more accountable professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The integrated CRM isn't just a place to store phone numbers; it's the beginning of the entire process. Once a lead (a new contact) is qualified, I can instantly convert that contact into a project, pulling all their initial requirements and budget constraints straight into the workflow. No manual data transfer is needed. This seamless hand-off saves me at least 30 minutes per qualified lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the great review — love hearing how Scoro helped you replace scattered tools and become more accountable, Abhishek! Your workflow showcases what Scoro does best: qualify a lead in the CRM, convert it to a project with scope and budget carried through, and manage delivery with task dependencies and proactive risk flags. On MLS, many customers reduce manual steps today via our API, webhooks, scheduled imports, or no-code connector like Scoro MCP. If you’d like, we can review your setup and suggest the fastest automation path.
