Scalekit Pros and Cons

We wanted to modify CName records to have it white labelled. In fact, this is supported in both their UAT and prod environments. Doing this was a breeze with Scalekit and it was also a free feature unlike other competitors in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are compliant with most necessary requirements from an enterprise pov. So, Scalekit became a no brainer for our enterprise auth needs like SSO implementation and automated role provisioning via SCIM. Will be interesting to see how they cover more such use cases. Currently, they have only basic CSS customisations and we faced minor issues. But, their team is super responsive over Slack and got it resolved right away. Would be nice to have richer customisation options coming up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We'd done some work internally around login flow and were worried if we should throw all of it away. But that was the best part about Scalekit. Their architecture is built in such a modular way that they can easily coexist within any tech stack. This was my first time developing social login. The Scalekit documentation was helpful, but we encountered issues with Google social login, particularly around credential creation and scope settings. From dev to prod, setting up Scalekit with our app was very smooth. I liked their interface as well, it was pretty intuitive for even a first time user. Apart from that, they have an extremely detailed dev resources, be it their documentation with code samples or SDKs, it makes a dev’s life easy without having to reachout to support. Scalekit takes the pain out of enterprise SSO. The documentation is thorough and easy to follow, and their support team stays proactive, helping us get things done without unnecessary delays. We found the extent to which Scalekit abstracts away the nitty-gritties of secure access for our users very helpful. The team is knowledgeable and happy to work closely to address our specific requirements in the product itself so implementing a custom UX was a breeze for our developers.
