I’ve been using scagile for some time now, and I can honestly say that it’s rare to find a tool that’s as effective for high-level portfolio management as it is for team-level execution.
I personally found features like Roadmap, Customer Journey, Value Steams and WSJF very helpful to achieve the alignment across the organisation. Also thanks to such features our PI Planning process is much smoother. Everything is at one place and we could go from portfolio management to team level very easy. The tool is perfect for middle and small sized organisations, so if you are a company with a thousand employees, it might not be the best fit for you at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve worked with quite a few agile tools, and I have to say, Scagile is by far one of the easiest to set up. Getting started was smooth and didn’t require extensive onboarding sessions. Within a day, we had our value streams, teams, and boards up and running, and everyone was able to jump right in. The interface is simple and intuitive, which made it easy for my team to get on board quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We’re still getting used to the tool, but I can say I’m impressed so far. It would be great if they added more customization options as they continue to develop it—just to make it even more adaptable to different workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is this feature called „Team performance insights“ and it is exactly what we've been missing. It's given us clear visibility into team activities and makes it easy to identify bottlenecks before they become issues. I find this part of the app quite valuable, especially because setting it up didn’t require a lot of tweaking, it just works. It’s allowed us to make more informed decisions about where to focus our resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m still exploring its capabilities, so I’m curious to see if the tool can continue to meet our needs as we grow. One suggestion would be to add more detailed reporting options for even deeper insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The PI planning feature in Scagile has made our planning sessions more efficient. Before using Scagile, keeping our planning sessions organized was a challenge, especially with multiple teams. Now, we can set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure that everyone stays aligned—all in one place. It’s integrated nicely with the rest of the tool, making planning feel like a natural part of our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven’t found any major downsides. Since we’re still early in our journey with Scagile, I’m hoping they’ll continue to develop and refine the PI Planning feature. A bit more customization in planning views would be nice, but overall, it’s been a positive experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is quite intuitive and easy to use, which has been a huge advantage for our team. Setting up value streams, ARTs, teams, and boards was a smooth experience. Despite being new to the tool, we found that adapting it to our specific workflows didn’t require much effort. Its layout and features have a steep learning curve, but this only means it offers depth and flexibility—once you get the hang of it, the tool becomes a powerful asset for agile project management. The ability to create structures, like value streams and teams, without complex configurations makes it easy to get started and manage projects right away.
last but certainly not least - I really like the UI of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tbh I haven’t found anything to dislike so far. Since the tool is still new to us, it's hard to predict how it will perform in the long run. That said, it looks very promising, and I’m happy with the results up to this point. Over the past two years, we’ve tried several other tools, but none have fully met our needs — until now :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Value stream management has been a game-changer for us. We can easily track how work flows from start to finish, ensuring we’re always delivering value to our customers. The setup is simple, and it gives us a good view of our processes. This functionality has allowed us to quickly identify and resolve bottlenecks, and it’s been really helpful for keeping us aligned with our business objectives. So far, I have no complaints. I’m impressed by the tool overall. My only wish is that they add even more ways to analyze our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integrated PI planning and WSJF calculator have been game-changers in streamlining our planning sessions. Intuitive interface and features help our teams stay aligned at all organization levels. What I really love are the improvement suggestions for agile teams, never seen anything like that before and we wre able to boost our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m very satisfied with scagile overall, but adding OKR integration could make it an even more complete solution for aligning team objectives with broader company goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing levels of scagile like portfolio, team, large solution and program which makes this tool a boom in market. By this tool we can meet customer's complex requirements in very short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scagile can be used in huge project size and requirements. So if industry/project is lean in size it might not be that much helpful. Scagile can give more input on scalability of an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the key benefits of Scaled Agile is that it allows organizations to align their Agile development efforts with their overall business strategy, by providing a framework for implementing Agile practices across multiple teams and departments. SAFe also includes roles, events, and artifacts that help to coordinate the work of multiple teams and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
Another benefit of Scaled Agile is that it promotes a culture of continuous improvement, by encouraging teams to regularly reflect on their work and make adjustments as needed. This helps organizations to continuously adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of their customers.
Lastly, SAFe's Lean-Agile principles empower the team to continuously improve their process, deliver incrementally and faster and also improve the collaboration among different teams.
All of these benefits help organizations to create high-performing teams and deliver value to their customers more quickly and efficiently.
However, it's worth mentioning that Scaled Agile framework may not be suitable for small organization or projects, it might be an overkill and therefore, it's important to evaluate whether it's the right fit before adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's important to keep in mind that every organization is unique and what works for one may not work for another. What is best for a particular organization depends on the organization's culture, goals, and constraints. As such, it's a good idea to carefully evaluate the use of Scaled Agile Framework within your organization, weigh the benefits and drawbacks, and see if it fits your needs before deciding to adopt it.
