There are several builds in customization options that can be used to develop a solution to fit customer requirements. As a developer, you can use .net technology and use languages such as C# and Visual Basic to build add-ons that are very easy to deploy in clients' systems. You can also find learning material on the SAP learning hub and other portals. They have an active community where you can find help if you get stuck at some point. It has got all the modules that the small and medium enterprises required to run their business process smoothly. I have already implemented SAP Business One for several clients in a short period of time, and customer feedback is very good and also they find it very affordable.
