My favorite thing is SAP queries. Every user is capable to use them. You don't need to know coding but can create reports with parameters as you like. You can create anything you need. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** Limited Licences are confusing. Ex. limited finance user is not able to add invoice. Some reports ex. Inventory Audit Report takes time to open. But i think problem is about hardware requirements. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Business One:** If you don't use any ERP system and use Excel or someting, first it will look confusing. Then a few days later, you will get used to it and you won't waste you time as before. Also, i answer intern users' requests. If i can't help them, requests goes to support vendor. Ex. user asks me to add new g/l account and determine it as inventory account for new item group. I wrote this in likes but it also, belong here: Standard SAP reports are great and easy to use. Also, easy to learn from zero, i think. Advanced g/l determination is very helpful for me. Easy and fast implementation, power users can write their own query in the query editor. With DTF ( Data Transfer Manager ) you can quickly update bulk data's in the system, for example when you reorganize the sales area. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** Licensing can be a bit confusing and cannot be fine tuned for your business need, but you can workaround that with professional licenses. Also the report creating tool ( Crystal manager ) is a bit hard to use. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Business One:** In the survey phase do more rounds and choose at least three consulting company per ERP software. In the final round ask the consulting company to show you how your most frequently used business scenario will look like.
