I like the user-friendliness of SAP Business One. The design of user interface is very easy to understand compared to other ERP. It takes a lot of difference for users to be accepting when they see that the system is easy to use. It is very easy to configure, customize forms and reports from simple to complex. All of the SAP Business One functionalities are worth it, but it is not perfect. All ERPs have system limitations and bugs that need to be fixed and SAP Business One is no exception. This product usually needs customisation attached as it covers although the basics needs for the industry but has to integrate with the customized solutions as per the industry standard.
