What do you like best about SAP Access Control?

It's straightforward to use, they provide tutorials for using it on different platforms, it's simple and intuitive to use for external users, it has all the capabilities we need, it's simple to configure, authenticate, and authorize, and it supports a broad range of languages. Elegant user interface, and the SAP CIAM for B2B team is also highly helpful and knowledgable. I appreciate how modifying the basic integrations to fit is more of a "configure" and you can test within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Access Control?

The platform crashes when a large number of people log in at the same time, and the documentation may be overwhelming at times, making it difficult to find what you're looking for, but that's not a major issue; it's better than the alternative. customization This is not a simple thing to perform in SAP CIAM for B2B; if you need modifications that necessitate extensive UI/UX customisation, you will have to migrate to a "out of SaaS" plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Access Control solving and how is that benefiting you?

We picked SAP CIAM for B2B to assist in bringing SSO to an out-of-date application where long rewrites were not an option. Authentication is already in place; SAP CIAM for B2B has done the majority, if not all, of the work for you. This program primarily handles authentication for a worldwide united user community attempting to access a variety of electronic services such as configurators, stores, education, and so on.
