The Marketing Cloud provides a great platform for our organizations marketing team to reach our customers on a massive scale. It allows them to create targeted, automated campaigns that help drive revenue and lead generation. The fact that all of the tracking/reporting data can be seamlessly pushed back into the Sales Cloud arms our sales teams with invaluable information when conducting their due diligence prior to any calls or meetings with prospective clients. The user interface isn't always the easiest to interact with. It's difficult for the casual user to become proficient because it is so robust and complex. There are many features that really require a developer background in order to fully leverage them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the best powerful cloud based email marketing software which sends a large group of the bulk mails to the targeted audience/customers . Best things i like about salesforce email studio are multiple automation functions, creating dynamic emails and target campaigns

I've been using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine our marketing team without it. It's been a game-changer for us, especially because it integrates so seamlessly with our Trezzure system and Commerce Cloud.
One of the things I love most is how easy it is to create personalized campaigns. For instance, when a customer abandons their cart, we can quickly set up a targeted email campaign with a special offer to encourage them to complete their purchase. It's like having a personal assistant helping us out with our marketing.
Another big plus is the Content Builder. It's super user-friendly, even for someone who isn't a design whiz like me. I can easily drag and drop elements to create professional-looking emails without spending hours tweaking code.
Plus, the integration with Google Analytics has been a goldmine for our team. We can see exactly how our customers are interacting with our emails and make adjustments on the fly. It's like having a crystal ball for our marketing efforts.
Overall, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement has helped us streamline our marketing processes, improve our customer engagement, and drive better results. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and easy-to-use marketing automation tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is a great tool, but the cost can be a bit of a sticker shock. Since they charge in U.S. dollars, the price can fluctuate quite a bit depending on the exchange rate. This makes it tough to budget for our marketing campaigns, especially when we're trying to keep costs down.
As our marketing efforts grow, the expenses can add up quickly. While we love the powerful features Marketing Cloud offers, we have to be mindful of our budget. Sometimes, the high cost makes us think twice about using the platform for smaller campaigns that might not have a big payoff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I find a bit frustrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is that its interface can sometimes feel a bit complex, especially when you're trying to manage multiple campaigns at once. It can take a bit of time to get used to navigating all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is its powerful personalization capabilities, ease of implementation, ease of use and good customer suppoert. It allows for targeted, data-driven campaigns that really resonate with audiences. The automation features save tons of time, especially for recurring campaigns, and the analytics provide deep insights to fine-tune strategies. The platform is also very scalable, so as our needs grow, it adapts well without a hitch. The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, but the impact on engagement and conversions is worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is effective but can be difficult to navigate, especially for new users. Simplifying the interface would improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a powerful tool for marketing automation, but it requires a fair amount of technical expertise to implement and fully utilize. Its ease of use improves over time as users become more familiar with the platform, but there is a learning curve. With strong customer support and a wide array of features, it's a great solution for large organizations and marketing teams that need an integrated, multi-channel approach. However, smaller teams or those without dedicated technical resources may find it more challenging to implement and operate.High for active marketers.Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrates smoothly with other Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
