Though Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement has proved to be one of the strength tools in our marketing, there are a couple of areas to which I object.

One of the biggest challenges is the platform's complexity. With all the tools and features at your disposal, it can be overwhelming to learn and master. This has produced a steep learning curve for some of our employees, which has slowed adoption and implementation.

The second category to mention is that of expense. With any enterprise-level solution, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is not inexpensive. I don't believe this was a salesforcce issue but more of our department issue in that there was no structure or consistency when inputting the customer or clients data. This is the best powerful cloud based email marketing software which sends a large group of the bulk mails to the targeted audience/customers . Best things i like about salesforce email studio are multiple automation functions, creating dynamic emails and target campaigns

Features include email guardrails, mobile optimized emails, content blocks,customized email templates.

What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

I've been using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine our marketing team without it. It's been a game-changer for us, especially because it integrates so seamlessly with our Trezzure system and Commerce Cloud.

One of the things I love most is how easy it is to create personalized campaigns. For instance, when a customer abandons their cart, we can quickly set up a targeted email campaign with a special offer to encourage them to complete their purchase. It's like having a personal assistant helping us out with our marketing.

Another big plus is the Content Builder. It's super user-friendly, even for someone who isn't a design whiz like me. I can easily drag and drop elements to create professional-looking emails without spending hours tweaking code.

What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement?

In this case, the name changes are likely a good thing. It means the product has been improved and revised over the years. We had an SF partner do a Quick start implementation for us and it's been pretty smooth sailing ever since. Once we go to know how our webforms and other lead sources and are integrated with our Salesforce instance, we were off and running. We track all incoming Leads as Prospects and Campaign members. We have been much more able to organize our events and trade shows using the app's features; we can also better assess our spend on such marketing initatives. We are still learning about some of the nuances of the app. We were a little surprised to find that importing mass sets of Contacts/Leads, added an influx to our Leads in counts (we thought those were only naturing occuring). Finally, the complexity of the suite sometimes adds problems: degraded system performances and everyday bugs interrupting workflows. In addition, the platform can be quite expensive for smaller businesses or those with restrained marketing budgets.
