What I like best about Salesforce Email Studio is the automation setting that allows me to automate the distribution of all my reports and messages. This is very useful because how I have been able to save time and send e-mail messages during holidays like Christmas. This feature has allowed me to step away from the computer while still sending e-mail messages on days that are important to me like Christmas and Thanksgiving. The interface is a bit complicated until learned. For example, when I first starting using the platform I was not quite sure what everything on the homepage meant. But after I took a little time and went through the FAQs I learned what everything meant and used everything to my ability. One other thing that I dislike about this is the price.
