Content builder is a super easy way to build emails. We can send emails to our database of 77k. Everything is customizable, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

The interface is not user-friendly and there are a lot of weird workarounds you have to go through. A/B testing isn’t true A/B. It doesn’t select the highest open rate and then apply to the rest of your sends, and you can’t A/B the preheader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
