Sometimes it can be frustrating to see that certain mailboxes that emails should be linked to when an email is sent doesn’t always go together. Where do I start. We purchased a "support package" through a third party that Salesforce recommended, that did absolutely nothing. Setup which should have taken ~ 1 month is still not complete and it's been 6. Nothing is easy, and honestly, nothing works!! We seriously considered hiring someone with Salesforce Email Studio Background part-time just to assist us with the normal, day to day use - this took hours, and I mean HOURS of our time to do just the basics... and we still cannot get the automations and features to work the way we were told they would.
