Email automation is the best feature. Sending emails at right time makes a huge difference in reaching out to the audience. In Salesforce email studio, we can schedule emails and it will be auto-sent. This helps to reach out to targeted customers effectively and efficiently. Also, since it is cloud-based the data analytics and reports are automatically distributed and can be accessible by the whole team involved in email campaigns. Pricing can be made more generous and cost-effective. Some of the competitors of Salesforce Email Studio offers better pricing for similar product- service.
