I like the well integrated portions with the salesforce enviorment. The marketing tool is smart and it can intelligently capture prospects, mathc them with contacts or leads. We can create a custom ranking order to differentiate the prospects coming in the system. The customer support has been great as we had premier+ plan, ease of use has faciliatated an easy adaptation. What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

I really wish it had the functionality to integrate this with different marketing tools. The reporting or functionality can be enhanced if they plan on merging few other latest marketing tools. Looking forward for this to come in near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem of handling forms, lead conversion and lead journey. It also helps in managing the duplication, as it has a smart option to segregate leads or contacts based on leads or contacts. It also solves the rating problem, like we can mark a prospect urgent or not interested using a metric or score. It also helps us keeping a track of all the communictions done with a prospect.
