That even though they have newer versions and views, you can choose between new or classic. I prefer the classic version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how often I have to log in. Also don't like how emails appear in the thread. Very confusing and squished looking. Have to go into the email and view html to actually see what's going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Drag and drop feature. Not really much else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Poor integration with Salesforce which is wild because it's owned by salesforce (doesn't seem it ever fully integrated after purchasing ExactTarget - former MarketingCloud). Analytics are unreliable, when you reply to an email that comes from MarketinCloud it replies back to a random address so the email looks like spam, autoreplies don't always get forwarded to the email you set as the reply, they have no support (at least for a mid-sized firm) we've had to hire outside consultants and spend thousands of dollars help with set up, projects, etc. because they only function in ticket support (no chat, CSM, or phone support), every time we talk to them they want to upsell us. I utilize it now at my current place of employment and we have a call center of 80 Agents, 10 Supervisors, 8 Coaches and 2 lead Managers along with IT and Support team which all work remotely and we utilize sales force for all call, chat and email records related to a customer order.
