You may be able to send simple emails after taking some time to figure it out, just don't expect to be able to set up complicated workflows in a realistic amount of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Everything, I have never seen software with such a terrible user experience. The platform is completely outdated, very buggy and constantly hangs. Integration with Salesforce CRM is utterly complicated and breaks easily. It is incredibly time-consuming and frustrating to work with it, even for simple stuff.
