Salesforce is very flexible we use it for 6 different markets globally and each has different needs but we can adapt and flex as needed. We moved from 5 different solutions to salesforce as it was the most flexible to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be slightly intimidating at the start as it does so much it can be hard to get your head around. But this is also its strength. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce is a huge platform, with loads of investment in it, and for a larger business with plenty of resource I'd say it's great for contact management and CRM. The account team are lovely to work with and set up was made easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a smaller business, it's more expensive than other options and you may not need all of its capabilities. It requires some resource to use to its full potential.
