Salesforce is a huge platform, with loads of investment in it, and for a larger business with plenty of resource I'd say it's great for contact management and CRM. The account team are lovely to work with and set up was made easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

As a smaller business, it's more expensive than other options and you may not need all of its capabilities. It requires some resource to use to its full potential. Support tickets sometimes took a while to resolve too because you join a queue - but when picked up they are dealt with quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce is just lightning and you could do anything and everything within the salesforce. The tool that i use with this software is SalesLoft mainly. It works aboslutely great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
