What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Our sales team primarily use it for email marketing purpose. We have noticed that we have been able to increase our click-through rates and we can see they are having higher engagement with our campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

When we initially tried to set up Salesforce email studio, we realized how complex it is to set up and use. We now have a dedicated team member who maintains this product. I wish I can compare its complexity to other similar products but this is the first email marketing product we are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
