The overall product quality is outstanding. We can track all the activities/ tasks related to customers under the same roof. The user interface is also so self-explanatory, Simple drag and drop do wonders in reporting and dashboard creations so can be used by anyone irrespective of his/her professional/educational background. I am a bit disappointed with the report and dashboard creation part. It does not allow to add multiple row level formulas in report creation, and the chart/graphs provided are not as fancy as any marketing & reporting tool should have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you build complex journeys, marketing cloud tends to load the journey canvas very slowly. Also, there will be times that the server times out when you are working on a very long jounrey. Products within the marketing cloud feel disjointed, probably stemming from all of Salesforce's acquisitions. This is not as unified of a suite of products as Salesforce would like you to think. Our organization selected Email Studio primarily for its Journey Builder app which allows for complex and integrated marketing campaigns to run data in between Email Studio and Sales Cloud. Another feature that we heavily rely on is Content Builder which allows us to share emails/documents/etc. in between our regions and offices so that we can collaborate across teams. The formatting of the emails does not always play well with Outlook and we are primarily a B2B organization with most clients in that space. Some of the out-of-the-box features like default font color are not able to be changed which presents some challenges when using the out-of-the-box templates.
