I am using this platform every day, it's a very powerful software with a large variety of features. Also, I like how the platform is user-friendly because it uses multiple databases to categorize. It allows me to manage my sales data and customer data together in an organized way. The best part of it is its integration with SFDC and the flexibility in creating the audience. I have been a user of this platform for a long time and from my personal experience few things need to be addressed in it.
