The clunky interface in the data table or automation studio or journey builder. If you hit back it goes back to the start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email studio is helpful in all aspects and dynamic in nature as we can reach out directly from the tool itself and it's provide accessibility and connections with other tools as well. Simply seemless experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All in one platform. You can create and send emails, SMS, and push messages, create Ads on Social Network sites, and also get a complete analysis of these cross channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even if the platform is one of the best there are some bugs, and issues that require to be updated. One of these would be reducing the latency in the platform to help get the best out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like some of the below key features
1 - Trackable in salesforce
2 - The sales team can use this as this is easy to use
3 - Can segment the database well as we don't have to import product-related data into Marketo and then segment them
4 - I love the ease of use, customizable features, and database integrations that allow us to fluently and snappily reach our guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1 - The platform is extremely complex.
2 - You'll bear at least one hand devoted to setting it up and maintaining the platform.
3 - Client support isn't great.
4 - Occasionally the platform goes down or gets a little wonky, egging me to log out and log back in, which generally resolves the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a great marketing automation tool, It is helping us a lot in generating new leads and running marketing campaigns, the best thing about this tool is the AI feature which helps in getting almost all the details of the suspects or prospects. It can be integrated directly with the website and rest thing will be done by it's AI tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have much to say what i dislike about this tool, but the pricing is a bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration Salesforce Email Studio has with the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment! It's convenient and turns leads and pipeline management much easier. Automation and Journey builder is pretty good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Users who are not familiar with HTML can get a bit overwhelmed when building email templates. Also, it has soma many features and automation possibilities that it's quite easy to get lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email Studio is one of the only parts of Marketing Cloud that is close to intuitive (emphasis on close). Switching from Mailchimp to Marketing Cloud is a big adjustment, but Email Studio was one of the first things I was able to learn pretty quickly. The drag and drop builder is fine. And the ability to build blocks is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Marketing Cloud in general is a beast - and each component is like a new language. More specifically about Email Studio: things can be slow to load, I often have to refresh the page for it to work. It's reporting and tracking is terrible as they try to phase it out. It has a lot less data than Mailchimp has. And managing subscribers is not intuitive. Additional CSS was needed in some areas which was not needed in Mailchimp - and even then some things are formatted funky that I can't fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The part where it allows me to create all different kinds of emails and track their performance at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The unsubscribe setting, currently people have to modify their status at the preference center before re-subscribing, which doesn't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use, customizable features, and database integrations that allow us to easily and quickly reach our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the platform goes down or gets a little wonky, prompting me to logout and log back in, which typically resolves the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interaction and the UI for the user. It creates a real time platform to connect with your customers to understand about their nature and likings with an intelligent system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because it's an expensive software and we need to pay extra for the best results for each add ons. The first time configuration is very time consuming and hectic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
