While creating the email, we can see the same email in HTML format which is created through content blocks, which makes it easy to edit when we are extending any email-related campaigns. Moreover, we can live test the email created on the same platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moreover, it is too expensive for small firms & its functionality is difficult to understand for new users

Sometimes when the data is huge in numbers in Data Extension or List, it takes a lot of time to load and sometimes the system just hangs

It's not easy to search/track previously sent emails through JOB ID. In the Tracking section, only the latest sent emails appear. If I need a find an email through JOB ID that has been sent months ago, it is almost difficult to find that. If we need to track the results of the email, but we don't have the Job ID then it's very difficult to find that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to modify the previously created emails, by changing a few HTML codes. No need to create a new email from scratch. As a result, productivity has increased

I consider this platform to be excellent for use in everything related to emails since it offers functions such as the creation of personalized emails, sending transactional emails in real-time, follow-ups to emails, and to view graphical reports with emails, also allows marketing programs to be supported and managed, be it data, channels and projects, among others, where it allows maintaining order and security over these registered data easily and simply, apart from having technical support which is very well structured since it responds quickly and solves any type of problem found. We have had problems with the interface of this service since it is poorly developed because it is very slow when opening and sometimes the page crashes and does not respond, which is very annoying because it attracts a waste of time, apart from its design it is poorly structured since it lacks more creativity and better functions than it contains, so they should update it better and make it more advanced so that it can be used more frequently and without problems.
