It is one of the best CRM tools that I have used so far.
Here we can use it for managing subscriber portfolios and all the past data of subscribers of 100k-1000k subscribers can be traced from a scripting language.
There are different segments for reports to see the performance of the campaign.

So much to learn but it becomes sometimes overwhelming to learn so much. Not an easy platform to use. As a fresher, the process is enjoyable but sometimes a bit tiring as AMPscript is there to learn. HTML you have to learn.
