Working in Salesforce gives one a different perspective on using a tour builder because it feels more like real marketing than making software. Even at the brainstorming stage, it is simple to use thanks to the drag and drop function and its high level of intuitiveness. The key advantages of adopting Salesforce Email Studio are automation and data management. Their Journey Builder program enables data to flow between Email Studio and Sales Cloud to create sophisticated, integrated marketing campaigns. Users of this platform can control all marketing efforts from a single location. The ability to publish lists and delete lists is a great feature for data management via data extensions. This is the best application to use the email facilities by Salesforce cloud. We can directly share the email attaching the document as well directly by the email in built facilities by Salesforce which is very handy and easy to use. By this application we don't need to use the outlook or any other email application. By tagging someone we can asked the question and share the answer as well. It's has a limitation to those people only those have a account of Salesforce in that cloud. If someone id is not created in the Salesforce then we can't tagged him directly but by alternative way to enter the email manually we can send the email. Last time, outlook and Gmail services are out and we need to send / share the findings with our clients then we haved the email studio facility by Salesforce which helps us a lot in this critical situation and while we received any revert back it shows a popup in the notification bar which is awesome can't skip any email or important information from the client. One of the most convenient and handy tools for setting up marketing goals. Email automation and data management are the two most beneficial features of Salesforce instance. With that, it is very easy to use the drag and drop feature, even if you are in the stage of Ideation. The most important and effective feature is the integration between the Sales cloud and email studio, as it helps in sales and marketing alignment by maintaining the data swiftly running through. Having more built-in email templates would have been good. Although this issue is amongst the majority of email marketing tools, with SF marketing cloud it is also very inconvenient to build emails for outlook.
