Salesforce Marketing Cloud has been a huge success for our business. It allows us to automate our marketing efforts using customer data from Salesforce CRM. Before we discovered Marketing Cloud, extracting data from spreadsheets and importing it into a separate tool was a time-consuming, manual process that had to be repeated whenever new data was available. Thanks to Marketing Cloud, we can now view email metrics in Salesforce alongside reports, dashboards, and customer records. This greatly reduced our workload and effort.
