I appreciate how easy it is to setup campaigns (push and email notifications) out of SFMC. I also like the extra steps taken in SFMC to ensure that the setup is correct (de-duping, UTF-8, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

When sending tests to Litmus or personal emails out of Salesforce, it takes a few minutes to receive anything in an inbox. This delay can be a bit frustrating when needing to test multiple variations of an email, as you often need to account for an additional 10 minutes just to have email previews ready.
