It is difficult to create personalised customer journey across various channels but with Journey builder present in Salesforce Marketing cloud Engagement one can easily design as well as automate customer journeys along with that it helps to create unified view which in other tools is not possible. Lastly, it is difficult to deliver personalised content among different audience segments but it allows to do advances segemntation as well as personalisation that helps in improving conversion as well as engagemnet rate. Helps for us to create a great relationship with customers and ensure great sales. The ease of use and the trainings availble are so great. I actually do not mind calling for customer support and they seem to always not make it difficult to get answers. We use this daily and enjoy the products that it offers.
