Salesforce marketing cloud is the best marketing tool i have used so far, it's fully automated, we can run multiple marketing and bulk emailing campaigns at a given time. It's easy to track the open rate and click behavior. It is also easy to analyze marketing results and update recipients lists. It provides various existing template styles as well as html options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Some devices/apps don't support some behaviors of the templates. Even though the responsiveness is working in the preview, sometimes it's not supported on some devices/apps. You have to keep checking and testing on as many devices as possible to make sure it's working properly. Stylings are not easy and not supported by all devices/apps.
