This is the best marketing tool we have used so far. It has made our email marketing and campaign activities so easier and takes no time. The best thing about it that it uses AI ans automation to send suggestions for marketing activities. It can be integrated with the website to get real time insights. The AI tools like Einstein - with Send Time Optimization, User Personas, Personalisation, Complex Journeys have been useful in creating smarter campaigns to send to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

A lot of automation studio has to be coded in SQL and this gets complicated, it would be better if there were more automated parts for plug-and-play creation of user journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like its customization and targeting (campaigns) features best. It allows us to deeply personalize every email as per the potential lead's information made available to us. The pricing could have been more competitive. It is Ok for big corporations, but smaller companies may not be able to afford it, plus it even requires the company to hire techies, who are well versed with its plethora of nitty gritties to ensure maximum RoI. The biggest issue taken care of by Salesforce is the indepth understanding it provides us, about our email recipients, which helps us figure out what to do next. The thorough reports and dashboard pinpoints the metrics to tell us exactly what worked and what did not. We can track every response, opens, non opens, clicks, unsubscriptions and so on.
