It's has got the best automation capabilities and it's always very easy to run campaigns and send personalized marketing emails throuhg it. Loaded with a lot of features and with cloud making it the most reliable option. Email Studio is one of the features I frequently use which helps in creating distribution lists and create custom filters to segregate Campaigns based on the end users. Another best feature is the content builder that helps in cross-team collaboration for sharing any e-content like documents, emails, and many more. We moved from just a simple email marketing platform to marketing cloud and it's been a game changer for us. Complete 360 view of our prospective travelers (consumers) and the abiltiy to buld custom journeys/learn more about them, add SMS as an outreach tool and most off all have a full view of who they are and how they interact with our brand.
