the journey builder tool is great, we can design and automate personalized customer journeys across various touchpoints such as email, social media, mobile, and advertising. the analytics provided our good for measuring the effectiveness of our campaign and any identify improvement areas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
so the journey builder tool is very challenging due to its complex user interface. designing the whole customer journey and coordinating all the touchpoints gets cumbersome, specifically when setting up logic and intricate decision paths for personalized customer journeys. some customizations even require ecternal development which other technologies have inbuilt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
