Salesforce Marketing Cloud has most of the functionalities that any Marketing team would need. It has a very strong user base and training is available in many places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The User interface is not intuitive for non-technical Users. Sometimes it's very hard to remember where Objects reside inside the interface. It's also very difficult to delete records from the Marketing platform once they have been loaded in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It solves the need to do high volume Email Marketing, responding to Customers as they change statuses and sending them timely emails.
