Within Email Studio, creating an email marketing campaign is fairly intuitive provided you've taken the time to familiarise yourself with the platform's functions.
Tasks like uploading assets into the Content Builder manager, designing emails, and selecting target audiences can be achieved in a short period of time.
For the less technical, the ability to drag Content Blocks such as Buttons, Image Blocks and Text Blocks helps to build a professional design without knowledge of HTML. Likewise, the Layouts option provides users with the ability to divide the email into separate sections.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud can be quite complicated. Although it offers some useful ready-made features like the Preference Center and standard email templates, it requires administrators to make sure that team members are properly trained and have limited access to certain parts of the platform.
For instance, if team members who aren't very familiar with HTML accidentally make changes to email templates, it can seriously affect the quality of your marketing campaigns. I really like how easy it is to straight up build automated workflow that decide the flow of emails. Users who fall in a particular segment are given lead scoring depending on easy it is to convert those users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
