What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Within Email Studio, creating an email marketing campaign is fairly intuitive provided you've taken the time to familiarise yourself with the platform's functions.

Tasks like uploading assets into the Content Builder manager, designing emails, and selecting target audiences can be achieved in a short period of time.

For the less technical, the ability to drag Content Blocks such as Buttons, Image Blocks and Text Blocks helps to build a professional design without knowledge of HTML. Likewise, the Layouts option provides users with the ability to divide the email into separate sections.

I'm also fond of the A/B testing features which help us improve key KPIs such as Open Rates and Clicks, as well as the automation choices provided by the Journey Builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud can be quite complicated. Although it offers some useful ready-made features like the Preference Center and standard email templates, it requires administrators to make sure that team members are properly trained and have limited access to certain parts of the platform.

For instance, if team members who aren't very familiar with HTML accidentally make changes to email templates, it can seriously affect the quality of your marketing campaigns. earlier we used to relay completely on the old email technique of sending campaign via google which involves in great manpower and hardware equipment which is now made simpler with this single software we have reduced hours of the manual work as in this software we can customize our mail campaign and that's all everything software will take care. This has greatly helped us while generating business reviews and reports it helps in analyzing which areas we are successful and which aren't.

I've been using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine our marketing team without it. It's been a game-changer for us, especially because it integrates so seamlessly with our Trezzure system and Commerce Cloud.

One of the things I love most is how easy it is to create personalized campaigns. For instance, when a customer abandons their cart, we can quickly set up a targeted email campaign with a special offer to encourage them to complete their purchase. It's like having a personal assistant helping us out with our marketing.

Another big plus is the Content Builder. It's super user-friendly, even for someone who isn't a design whiz like me. I can easily drag and drop elements to create professional-looking emails without spending hours tweaking code.
