You have lot of customer that needs retention ?? Go for communication cloud implementation in the very precise way, at first glance you'll feel confusing but slowly and steadily you will love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically the communication cloud focussed mainly on communications industries, you can easily automate your process with no code, most of this cloud modules are focussed on the industries only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing which i dislike is its similarities to industries cpq, i didn't find much of a difference in both clouds, even though they focussed on same products, but we do have more flexibility here in communication cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
