What do you like best about Sage HR?

I really like Sage HR's user-friendly design. It makes managing HR tasks super simple. The holiday booking system is really handy, allowing me and my colleagues to request time off with just a few clicks. Also, being able to see my colleagues' availability helps with planning projects and meetings. Being able to see my colleagues is a nice touch too, adding a sense of community. Overall I would say Sage HR has been fantastic in streamlining our HR processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage HR?

Sage HR has plenty of useful features, though there are a few areas for improvement. The mobile app can sometimes be unresponsive and awkward to use rather than the desktop version. I would say that custom options for reports could be improved to better suit individual business needs. Also, the notification system could be more obvious and customizable to prevent missing updates.If these things were implemented I think this would improive the user experience of Sage HR. What do you like best about Sage HR?

Everyone has access to their own records, can ensure everything is up to date, and can also find out who is on leave or not due to work. Our onboarding process is now automated. It's so easy to use, people don't need extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage HR?

The only real downside; as an administrator the notifications can get a bit much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Sage HR, our annual leave was set using an Excel spreadsheet - which would often be completed by someone not au fait with formulae and regularly 'break' - and our HR records were all on paper in a filing cabinet. Since implementation, everyone has access to their own records, can ensure everything is up to date, and can also find out who is on leave without calling everyone through the organisation. Our internal communication is much improved, as is our onboarding process - now nothing is accidentally overlooked. It can be used without any training, and suits any and all FTEs. What do you like best about Sage HR?

Cloud-based and easy to use. It's quite intuitive and easy to manage leaves, staff documents and expenses. It provides automatic notifications once an employee requests time off and posts an expense. Great customer support and we would like to thank Nikhil Arora for all his effort in explaining us the best we can achieve with Sage HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage HR?

We just started using the Project timesheets module, which is a must for us and there are some constraints related to the fact that it's manageble by week, instead of monthly. As we bill our clients on a monthly basis, our Financial department requires project timesheet reports considering the 1st day and last day of each month. Since we have many staff working in different countries in the world, the absense management was made easy through Sage HR. What do you like best about Sage HR?

Sage HR was very easy to implement, it is integrated through our payroll. Sage HR is very user friendly.

What do you like best about Sage HR?

Keeping everything in one place and easy to use for all, managers, employees and data collection, we are a small organisation, but I can see the benefits are enormouse for large organisations, but even though we are small, its a great time saver for us too. What do you dislike about Sage HR?

I haven't found a downside, if anything, we aren't using all the benefits, but, the support group give us advice, touch base regularly and help to utilise Sage to it's full potential for us, so no down side from Sage HR, it's more about us not engaging in its full potential Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sage HR?

absence management is a lfie saver for us, running reports is easy and helps gather data quickly. It helps our employees engage with us a little more and has become an intergral part of our day to day running and helps us run efficiently. we do not dislike anything really - only thing we would say is that we would like to be able to share more with managers without comprimising privacy of the staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing annual leave and any kind of absence in a more efficient way, i can run reports to keep track of any red flags, i can run salary reports, turnover reports and i can manage and collate data for all managers easily. What do you like best about Sage HR?

Sage HR is very intuitive for both users and administrators, this has made adoption less of an issue for us.

Basic functions that save time for managers include the time module that manages annual leave requests and tracks absences.

The implementation has been simple, and the customer support is really good.

We also value the reporting, which is simple and easily customised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage HR?

Just getting to grips with advanced permissions, but it would be good to have an easy way to give someone admin rights over a specific group of people (a team; or a location for example).

Some things are more difficult to personalise, such as the email that is sent to someone as an invite to a 1:1, it would be good to be able to personalise the message that is sent.

In implementation, it would be good to be able to put all information into one sheet, to avoid having to do separate uploads of remuneration, custom field data etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are pulling all data into one location to give us better visibility across the board.

What do you like best about Sage HR?

One of the most useful things is being able to send documents to staff and request acknowledgement from them when document is read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage HR?

As admin I would prefer an easier way of viewing document sent per person rather than all documents in one view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage HR is helping to engauge with staff much easier in regards to keeping up with documents and policys that need to be read.

It makes the requesting for time off much very easy, and easy to record.

Access to staff information is made quick and easy, emergentcy contacts can be found quickly.

What do you like best about Sage HR?

We have just moved over to Sage HR for payslips & Annual leave. It has been so useful for making the HR process so much easier to tackle. It is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
