Adding in a "Add all" when assigning individual recources to forms after creating them. Going in and selecting new resouces each time you create new ones can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used many different data management programs throughout my career in food manufacturing and by far SafetyChain offers the most customization. Many other programs only allow you to create a test, schedule it, and require a lot of time to closely review those data points. SafetyChain allows you to build your testing with precision, capture and store data that other applications may not (pictures/videos/documentation), and process that data in real time to create useful charts and reports.

SafetyChain's dynamic aproach allows them to be a useful tool for almost any industry. I've been fortunate enought to attend the SafetyChain Customer Summits and have seen just how capable SafetyChain is at helping all companies large and small better utilize their data. Not to mention their amazing customer service, excellent training resources, and ease of use. SafetyChain's endless potential is its greatest strength, but with so many abilities the learning curve can be quite steep. It can take a good amount of time to learn all of the things that SafetyChain has to offer, but fortunately they are aware of that and provide customers with many avenues to learn (Knowledge Base/ Customer Webinars/ One-on-One Coaching/Training Environment). Customer support at Safety Chain is excellent. They have clear agendas at meetings and send notes after the meeting with links to learn more about the subject. After the training, Safety Chain continues offering support and answering any questions. The Safety Chain app is simple and easy for employees to understand. Workgroups make the user experience simple and only tasks employees need to see will show in their inbox. Dashboarding allows management to see key metrics at a glance easily. Safety Chain is migrating to a new browser(Link) that can have some bugs as they update it. It can also be confusing to navigate between Link and the old browser. Sometimes loading records and cases can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SafetyChain makes it easy to ensure company, customer, and regulatory compliance. It's a user friendly system that's easy to mold into what fits best for your company. The company understands compliance is not a one size fits all approach and they are always looking for ways to improve the software. Our organization has been looking for a modern solution to data collection and SafetyChain has delivered! It's ease of use for the end user is unparalleled and has been extremely easy for our monitors to adopt. SafetyChain is very structured and as a result has seemed to be best designed for a single facility, or small number of facilities. Charting Capabilities - all charting is easily attainable for all plants to roll out. Ability to streamline forms for plant use. SafetyChain has been a critical tool for us to lower turnover rate, analyze data and determine cost savings projects, and provide the opportunity for open communication throughout our facilities. The document capabilities allows us to provide all our Programs, SOP, and SSOPs to our team members at the click of a button. The ease of integration has helped make a huge impact. We were able to integrate with our Data Warehouse to have all our data in one source. With this capability we were able to create reports that benefit all aspects of the operation. The ease of use is evident when we see users who are struggling with computers be able to see all the information on their phone and through Dashboards. We have a total of approximately 2,500 records going in to SafetyChain a day with users in Safety, FSQA, Maintenance, Operations, Training & Development, Continuous Improvement, USDA and is used acrossed the entire complex (Feed Mill, Hatchery, Processing Plant, and Livestock) . Implementation was super easy. We were able to implement with our FSQA department in under 90 days. From their the use spread like wildfire and it is now used across the organization. We currently have 518 active users out of 1200 current employees. SafetyChain's customer support is phenomenal! We really haven't had very many issues with the software but in the rare cases something happens they are super quick to respond and have a quick turn around for fixing the issue. They are excellent with answering questions. The customer success team is also so helpful. We have been using SafetyChain since September of 2021 (Implementation go live date) and are still finding new uses for SafetyChain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
