One of the biggest selling points of SafetyChain is the capablity to create something based on your system and then be able to tie everything together. Starting with form building, forms are built based on the needs of the customers; questions and specifications can be built based on resources operators are choosing, allowing them to see if they are within specification immediately on the line. Moving on from the form, once submitted, data from the forms can be tracked and trended. Corrective actions can be submitted and forms linked together for ease of finding information, whether for regulatory audits or for customer request. With the tracking and trending, production processes are reviewed alongside and can even be modified based on factors seen in the results of the production records. It is difficult to make updates to existing forms. When trying to remove a question that has dependencies tied to it, it is difficult to find all of them.
