SafetyChain Pros and Cons

SafetyChain can understand our company's unique requirements that are either legacy or caused by industry changes, all while making it easy for the end user. Daily I get great responses from my users that go into making changes to our forms and policies to fit our business and personnel. There are a couple pain points in Form Designer. When adding value codes to Select One or Select Multiple fields, there is no way to move them in the list so if you need to reorder the list, you have to retype everything again. It would be nice to drag and drop. For dependencies and expressions the process of creating them is very time consuming. There are some key features in Safety Chain that need updates to make them more effective- Cases is one of the tools that is highly worthwile for use but does not currently have the right usability features.
